Van Laan Construction Supply has everything you need for concrete forming. From plastic forms to lumber and staking, we have the supplies to keep your project moving forward.
Lumber
We stock a variety of lumber for your forming needs. This includes both 1X (4”-12” nominal widths) and 2X (4”-10” nominal widths) dimensional in 16-foot lengths and 4’x8’ sheets of CDX and MDO plywood.
Staking
Whether you need steel or wood stakes, we have what you need.
- Our wood stakes come in both 18″ and 24″ lengths with 50/pcs per bundle. We stock 48″ lath stakes 30 pcs per bundle as well.
- Steel pins are available in a number of different sizes.
- Flat pins 18″, 24″, or 30″ long.
- Round Steel pins with nail holes are available in both 3/4″ or 7/8″ diameter in lengths of 18” (¾” only), 24″, 30″ and 36″
Chamfer
Our wood chamfer strip is available in 3/4″, 1″, and 1-1/2″ widths in 10′ pieces.
Plastic Forms
We understand that forming small radius lumber is not always the right answer, so we carry 8′ pieces of plastic forming in 4″, 6″, 8″ and 12″.
We also carry heavy-duty rolled plastic forming for larger radius jobs in 4, 6, and 12-inch widths, 50′ per roll.
Fiber Tube Round Column Forming
“Easy Pour” concrete forms are a fast, easy way to pour cylindrical columns of concrete. We stock 12′ lengths from 6″ to 30″ diameter in 2″ increments as well as 36″, 42″, and 48″ diameter. We can custom cut to any length for an additional charge.
Wall Ties & Wedges
We stock a variety of ties for concrete wall forming. We carry flat ties, base ties, and loop-style ties, as well as a limited supply of nominal ties for aluminum forming systems. We also carry a number of other accessories for your wall pouring needs, such as anchor bolts, sill ties, wedges, and more.
